More than a meal, an experience. In a modern, uncluttered and bathed in light, you will appreciate the inventive and tasty cuisine of our Chef Rémi Boireau who strives every week to develop new dishes and adapt the menu to the seasons. 

On the site of the former cathedral greenhouse, you will live a culinary experience but also a visual one since the kitchen is open to the restaurant room. As if by magic, the brigade transforms the fresh products before your eyes. You are warned, you are going to live a unique moment.

La Table de La Chèze welcomes you all year round (excluding end-of-year holidays) from Monday to Friday, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the terrace for afterwork and from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Meet our chef Remi Boreau

Each day, the chef of the Table de la Chèze invites you to a taste experience that will never look like the previous one. Inspired by traditional cuisine, Rémi Boireau does not hesitate to shake up codes with great subtlety.

Having worked in institutions whose reputation is well established, such as the 4th Wall in Bordeaux, alongside Philippe Etchebest, the Chiopot in Bègles, or the Club Gascon in London, Rémi Boireau distills his experience by making it a point of honor to work with fresh and seasonal products and, as much as possible, local.
